At Elite Hockey, we specialize in Goaltender Instruction in addition to our offensive/defensive
instruction. We combine everything from the most basic fundamentals of goaltending, all the way through even the most advanced
drills and conditioning.
With professional instruction, our students get insight and
perspective from instructors who really know their stuff! No matter the age or level of ability, we can assure improvement
in ANY goaltender!
At Elite Hockey, we assess all of the aspects of goaltending, starting
from the ground up:
- Properly wearing, and making use of your
equipment
- Proper stance and form
- Developing
styles
- Strength training
- Power
skating and conditioning
- Playing angles
- Odd-man situations (including the shootout)
- Playing through traffic
